First you should choose color from dropdown menu, and choose customization side for your item.Depends on your choice it may be Front (one side), Front and Back ( both), Front and Inside (2 side) and Actual Handwriting which means you should upload handwriting photo thru the website. 

• Can I order my own handwriting on the product? 

Definitely yes ! You will see upload photo menu during order process which means you can send your handwriting photo thru website.Please use plain paper and take photo under light to make side cleaning process easy.

• How long it takes to get my order?

United States deliveries usually takes 3-5 business days up to the location.You can choose express delivery during checkout to get your order faster.
International deliveries around 2-4 weeks.Handling time 1-3 days.

• Can i return and get refund?

Customizable items are non returnable but if you have any issue with your order please email and we can solve it together.
